Payment FAQ
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please contact us for more details.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Absolutely! We want our customers to feel 100% secure in purchasing through our website online shopping system; therefore all orders are processed from start to finish through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit connection technology. We make sure that our trusted employees handle your information with the highest level of security; all information provided is used only to process and complete your order to your satisfaction.
Is there any sales tax?
We only charge a 7.75% sales tax to California residents.
Delivery FAQ
If I place my order today, how long will it take to be delivered?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of your purchase. However, it is our priority to ship your item the same day we receive your order! It can take approximately 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location (the further away from California, the longer it takes). We do everything in our power to insure you get your order as soon as possible. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. For detailed shipping policy please visit our Shipping&Returns page for shipping policy.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
A member of Team Advanced will contact the customer via email as soon as their product has been picked up from our facilities to provide tracking information. The freight or trucking company will contact the recipient to arrange a delivery appointment time.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We STRONGLY suggest that you purchase shipping insurance with every order! Lost or damaged shipments can only be taken care of with the purchase of insurance. ADVATV.com will always make a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover any loss, but if insurance was not purchased at the time of sale, it is likely the trucking company will deny your claim.
Please make sure to fully inspect the product before signing or accepting the package! All damages must be reported to our Customer Service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send free replacement parts and provide free live telephone service during the 30-day warranty period.

Registration FAQ
How do I register my vehicle?
In order to register your vehicle, you need to request an MSO (Manufacture Statement of Origin) certificate by emailing us at Services@ADVATV.com (with “MSO Request” as the subject heading). While most of our vehicles can be registered, not all of our products are street legal or can be registered in every state; therefore it is up to the customer to contact their local DMV to find out the proper registration policies and procedures for their state. For more information on MSO’s and obtaining them, please refer to the “Customer Service” link on our website.
Why isn’t the MSO shipped along with my vehicle?
We do this for the protection of the purchaser; anyone who has access to both the vehicle and the MSO can legally title and register the vehicle under their own name. Because there is always the unfortunate chance of a lost or stolen shipment, we feel it is best to wait until you have safely received your vehicle before we send you the MSO via mail.
Assembly FAQ
How much assembly is required?
All our vehicles come 85-90% assembled. They do require some simple assembly, but there is absolutely no mechanical assembly needed. If electrical connection is required, it’s only in the form of simple plug-ins. Tuning is also fairly simple and can be done either with a screwdriver or by hand in most cases. Most vehicles can be assembled in a time frame of 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on model and experience of the builder.
Where can I get replacement parts if I need them?
We stock the majority of replacement parts in our warehouse; simply email our parts department at Parts@ADVATV.com.
Vehicle FAQ
Are these vehicles legal in my state?
The vehicles we sell at Advanced ATV are legal in most states. However, each state has different laws and requirements, and we cannot guarantee that our vehicles will be street legal or registerable in every state. For example, California requires its residents to obtain CARB (California Air Resolution Board) approval for their vehicle in order for it to be legal. Please contact your local DMV for state-specific laws regarding age requirement, registration, helmet use, etc. before purchasing from our website.
Are your vehicles safe for my child to ride and operate?
It is extremely important that children be monitored and under adult supervision at all times and always wear the appropriate safety equipment (helmets & padding) for their protection while riding. Warreaty FAQ
Is the Vehicle come with the Warranty?
All of our items are protected by a 30 Day limited parts Warranty. If your item arrives defective please contact one of friendly Customer Service Representatives immediately in order to obtain further instructions. Please visit our policy page for further instructions. ATTENTION: All our Vehicles that notice "Off-Road" are for off-road use "ONLY", It is illegal to operate on the public roads and highways, please check state or local laws. This will VOID the warranty once you operate on the public roads and highways.
