SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of your purchase. However, it is our priority to ship your item the same day we receive your order! It can take approximately 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location (the further away from California, the longer it takes). We do everything in our power to insure you get your order as soon as possible.
We currently ship only to the 48 states of the continental United States. (Additional Fee for Alaska and Hawaii may apply) We use several different carriers to insure the quickest and most convenient deliveries. A member of Team Advanced will contact the customer via e-mail as soon as their product has been picked up from our facilities to provide tracking information. The freight or trucking company will contact the recipient to arrange a delivery appointment time. For CA residents there will be additional fee $50.00 charge on each shipments. All shipments will have a charge process fee $8.50.
We STRONGLY suggest that you purchase shipping insurance with every order. ADVATV.com has no control over any occurrences during transit. Thus, it is important that you protect your purchase from any mistakes made by the freight companies. Lost or damaged shipments can only be taken care of with the purchase of insurance. However, ADVATV.com will always make a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover any loss. If insurance was not purchased at the time of sale, it is likely the trucking company will deny your claim.
Please make sure to fully inspect the product before signing or accepting the package. If there are any minor or cosmetic damages accept the package and report them to ADVATV.com that same day. We will quickly send you a replacement part. If there is serious or structural damage, refuse delivery and let us know so that we can assist you with a quick replacement.
RETURN POLICY:
In an effort to ensure that our products are completely functional and damage-free, Team Advanced thoroughly inspects each item before shipping. We strongly suggest that our customers examine their new product immediately upon its arrival. If the vehicle is damaged during shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery and we will provide you with free replacements parts and free live telephone technical support within the 30-day warranty period.
We greatly value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from ADVATV.com.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Products that have been assembled are not returnable. All products must be returned in their original packaging in brand-new, resalable condition. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted; all return shipping must be handled via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping so we recommend purchasing insurance with your delivery.
