WARRANTY POLICY:
We guarantee our products against manufacturer defects within the first 30 days beginning from the date you receive your item. Warranty is on a parts-exchange basis only. We do not provide labor of any kind. ADVATV.com will cover the shipping costs for the first warranty shipment only; the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of any additional warranty parts. Warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event.
To file a warranty claim, please contact Team Advanced via e-mail at Warranty@ADVATV.com. We will provide the necessary instructions to submit your claim. We require the original part to be returned to us unless otherwise specified; this will ensure that we send the correct replacement part. If we determine that the problem is a result of misuse or abuse, the part may not be covered under warranty.
Warranty is effective only if:
· The vehicle is completely and correctly assembled by a certified automotive or motorcycle technician.
· The vehicle is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.
· The vehicle consistently receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
· The vehicle has not been modified in any way.
The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
· Filters
· Hoses
· Lubricants
· Gaskets
· Spark plugs
· Standard wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts and tires.
· Extreme riding, racing or competition
· Vandalism, fire or theft
· Crash or accident
· Unauthorized outside repair
